CSV.1.7.020 General Bear Hunting Prohibited

(a) No member or duly authorized non-member shall hunt bears within the exterior boundaries of the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation or the off-reservation lands under the jurisdiction and purview of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe, except upon a showing of extreme need pursuant to Section CSV.1.1.100 of this ordinance.

(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, nothing in this section shall be construed to infringe upon the issuance of permit according to the traditions and custom of the Tribe pursuant to Section CSV.1.1.090 of this ordinance.
