At NARF, we are dedicated to supporting the next generation of Indian law lawyers. One way we do this is through our Law Clerk Program. Today, we feature Emily Harwell, a summer law clerk for our Boulder, CO, office.
Emily is a rising second-year (2L) at Cornell Law School. She graduated from Dartmouth College where she served as President of the Native Americans at Dartmouth student organization. Emily is interested in civil procedure, Indian law jurisdictional matters, and appellate litigation.
Emily is from Prague, Oklahoma, and is a member of the Muskogee Creek Nation.
