As a NARF supporter in 2021, you prioritized the wellbeing of Indian Country during another challenging year. You stood strong for justice and cared about those in need. In difficult times like we saw this past year, your continued commitment is inspirational, and we thank you.
Know that your support for Native rights had a direct and positive impact. Despite numerous challenges, Indian Country saw a number of advances in 2021. Tribal hunting rights were upheld. More Native American voters were heard. Pipelines were overcome. Sacred lands and cultures were protected. Growing numbers of Native judges were nominated to federal courts.
While it is clear that the challenges are not yet over—these past few years have laid bare inequities that persist and pervade in our society—you have proven that we can stand strong together in the face of so much. Thank you for standing strong for Native rights last year, this year, and beyond.
