Arman Entezar joined the Native American Rights Fund in 2025 as a Tribal Water Institute Fellow. In that role, he will support water initiatives while gaining the unique skills needed to serve Indian Country in the future. He comes to NARF with the  goal of being a part of the larger force of individuals who work to protect Tribal sovereignty and ensure Tribes have adequate tools to protect their cultures and grow their communities.

In law school, Arman focused on Native American and Business Law. He externed for Judge Lauren King of the Western District of Washington and spent a summer as a law clerk at the Native American Rights Fund. Arman also supported Native people while at the University of Idaho College of Law by working in the Tribal Law clinic with a limited license and practicing public defense work in Nez Perce Tribal Court.

When not defending Tribal water rights at NARF, Arman enjoys hiking, camping and photography in Colorado.
