Noah brings with him a strong dedication to Native land. Much of his work and expertise is in land management and land-use planning. At NARF, Noah is furthering work on co-management and co-stewardship of lands, promoting Tribal inclusion in public lands management, and land justice work.

Beyond his work on land issues, Noah has a broad range of experience working on behalf of Tribal Nations and Native people. Prior to joining NARF, Noah clerked for the California Tribal Families Coalition, an organization committed to advocating for Tribal families under the Indian Child Welfare Act. He also clerked with Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.

Noah, who  is from Milwaukee, WI, loves taking road trips with his partner and dogs, Cold Brew and Mango. Prior to law school, he worked for the Washington Youth Garden at the U.S. National Arboretum, where he oversaw the development of school gardens in Washington, DC.
