NARF’s partner, the Tribal Education Departments National Assembly (TEDNA), is hosting its second Merit Award Essay Contest.
TEDNA invites incoming college freshman, undergraduate, and community college students whose tribe is a member of TEDNA to submit an essay by July 4, 2016. This year’s theme is “The Impact of Native American Mascots.” The essay requirements and a contest flyer are available from the TEDNA website.
Three awards will be given in the amounts of: $750, $425 and $325, respectively.
